HEY! HEY!!!! I'm back....
Back from the Day 2 Student Leaders Convention (SLC), had "alot" of fun, met alot(hmm... if 1 is little... 12 is alot right?) of new friends. I'm in team Mari... trademark for the sound "MEHHHHHH". Day was fine... as in it did not rain :P Had 2 main team discussion about Youth Empowerment, Political Involvement. Was to come out with an Action Plan to solve 3 main problems faced in Asia- Pacific Region.
1. Government underestimating the importance of youth
2. Youth awareness
3. Little leeway to the society
Chosed 1 and 2. Then tok about the solution, problem, cause, effect. For 2.5hrs, then lunch! Got food!!! Duh... After that, went back to team brainstorming again. for another 2 hrs. Was rushing thru' to complete the Action Paper.. not me... but Yujie... All because of him the team is alive. Manage to not complete, rushed to the drama centre and though we were late. In the end, we were early..... very early.. It was a serious discussion, damn serious. Have to maintain DECORUM. No talking, laughing, cheering, clapping, booing. Have to sit still. Uniform to be tuck in. As there is not talking allow, only note passing. Thats the fun part. Was talking alot of crap. Then suddenly, the CHAIR press the bell. *ding* "Please maintain decorum. No sleeping is allowed. " After like... 2 hrs? it ended. Everyone screaming... clapping lols. And finally, the day was ended by a debrief by our Facs.
After that, when was dinner.... then home. That's not the end of the day yet.... Next... the 2NT concert. Manage to get a ticket. Was waiting for a perfect performance.... but was disappointed in the end. 1 Singing, 1 rapping. The rest dancing. 40+ mins intermission. SUCKS AR... previous year are better one de lor. As usual... the Bats that visited us came agn, could regconise him by the wings.... The food and drinks for sale are all SCAM!!! 1 bottle of 1.5litre bottle.... pour into small small cup, about a fist height and a less than 10cm diameter opening. 1 cup $1!!!! I really wandered how much they were earning. After that went home. Was caught in a long long long traffic jam. But looking for some bread, at least if there is no kaya... we got jam(traffic branded)!.
Bus had no choice but to turn left.... and take 911 route and go back to causeway point... which is the exact oppostite direction i wanted. All in all, damn vesak day... No bus going to my house... all caught in the jam and diverted to other route... only bus left was 903. Alight at mosque and walk back... and now i am what i am doing now...
Awaiting a better days ahead...
